My Performance - Data Protection

Post by HTPostman »

As I waited for the van to regen this afternoon, I decided to take a look at my personal ‘performance’ and was surprised to see data on days where I haven’t even been at work.

Upon clicking on those days, there was the reg of vans I’ve never driven before, alongside the names of the colleague who was driving it and their braking/idling/first time delivery percentages. The days when I was in it correctly had my name and the van I’d been driving.

Do RM not have a duty to keep this data secure and not have it visible to other employees? I wonder if this is isolated or if it’s recurring in other delivery offices.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

RM don't give a flying f*ck. Not sure how you haven't noticed this blatant fact yet.

Amusingly, there's posters going up informing delivery personnel of the importance of protecting data.
The machine stops.

In our office generic logins are displayed, our spares are told to use those when on parcels.

In which case why is it showing their name on those days when I wasn’t in? If they logged in as me on Wednesday, then it would say ‘HTPostman’ instead of ‘Joe Bloggs.’

Mine says I've been "idling" 55% of the time in a van that's been off the road since about August, and I have a 100% success rate in delivering packets. Not sure where they pluck these numbers from

im over 55 and i card everyone and im afraid the years as a postie have played hell with my hips and knees and i walk at a snails pace, needless to say my performance is s**t,if they want to get rid of me im more than happy but it will cost them or find me an indoor job as for sacking me on performance that will be a matter for the courts under the equality act 2010 to decide,me personally i couldn't give a damn about the performance app,i do everything by the book,if speed is an issue find me something else or pay me off.
