Unfair hours within the office?

I'm fairly new to RM and am in a small office of about 24 walks. I don't have my own round so move around the office a lot. Being a small office, everyone preps their own walks before bundling and heading out. Looking at some of the other posts on here, it looks like we're lucky as everyone tends to clear their round daily, however I'm a lot slower than everyone else (mostly because I'm not used to the rack for prepping and the routes, I move pretty fast and never stop for a break).

There are people in the office that can be back hours before me. Some get back before I've even left. Although we clock in and out, everyone gets paid their full day even if they're back home by 9:30. We only have one manager at the office who starts early and finishes early so doesn't see most people come back. There's never any hint of anyone being sent back out to support others, they're just finished while the slower newbies on the long walk are out, some doing unpaid overtime.

Is this normal? I feel I can't bring it up because I can imagine how I'd be treated by colleagues if I ruined their good deal. Any advice from others out there?

Getting done at 9.30 is not normal I would suggest.
In the next revision they won't be finishing that time because their walk will be about five times longer based on the data.
Don't do unpaid overtime, claim or bring the work back.
I wouldn't be too bothered about what other people get up to.
They are storing all that data for future reference and hours will be ripped out.
Everyone will be working to time eventually so better to work the way you do.
Their actions now will mean less overtime in future and longer, more unachievable walks.
If anything have a pop at them.

Some are back before you left? Are they doing a mini DPR or something? More details required. I cannot imagine a regular duty (letters and packets) is done and home by 09:30 am. And if you're still in the office prepping at 09:30 what time do you start?

There's no way anyone from LM to DOM to Sector Manager has overlooked people finishing at half nine in the morning for this long to not have already gutted the office in a preceding revision. This is the kind of managerial wet dream that was trotted out as rationale for Summer Lapsing when that was introduced fifteen f***ing years ago.

Some of the DOs that we cover won't get their wave 2 until around 07:30-08:00. Are you saying that in your DO they can get that through the IPS, prep and delivered in 2hrs?
