Every office seems to be told different. We were told March for both of these. That is half the problem in that no two offices seem to work to the same standards.

We have been since told all changes will now be in March including the USO going to 5 days, 9am start, probably Monday as day off not Saturday..... :nervous yeh right!
I think a lot of this bollocks is down to your COMs and how much they want to demoralise the workforce further, ours seem to revel in it.
Our COMs recently went on a 'workforce motivational course', their description, they must of slept through it!
Talking to new entrants they would prefer later starts as they don't like getting up early! :Very Happy old timers miss the days of 5am and home for dinner, we all know it isn't coming back but it was a better job then.
