We were told 5 day week starts in October, Nearly all our parcels will be delivered on a Sunday, 9 D Fortnight going by November blah blah blah

Every office seems to be told different. We were told March for both of these. That is half the problem in that no two offices seem to work to the same standards.

I think a lot of this bollocks is down to your COMs and how much they want to demoralise the workforce further, ours seem to revel in it.
Our COMs recently went on a 'workforce motivational course', their description, they must of slept through it!
Talking to new entrants they would prefer later starts as they don't like getting up early!
