On reading again, you are right, although peak is mentioned seven times and Christmas twice (both which seem to be retrospective).

I agree with you though that you could play a drinking game for every time ‘peak’ is used and be blotto by the end. I’ve never heard it used so many times in one statement.

So, keep the place tidy. Did we all get that?
In a DO as small as ours, we don`t have room to operate as it is, let alone during "peak".
RM preferred to shaft the customers last Christmas in order to break the strike. Don`t think we`ll EVER forget that, and quite honestly, nor will the customers. By that, I mean the ordinary people in the street we deliver to every day, not who RM regard as customers, i.e. "Corporate".
They can revise as much as they like, I`ll just be bringing back more.(Especially if we`re loaded down with D2Ds.)
Luckily, some of the guys we have recently taken on, have parcel delivery experience with our "competitors", so doubtless they`ll be bagging the packet delivery jobs. How s**t must it have been working for THEM for the guys to jump ship to THIS binfire?
