I retired from RM 3 weeks ago and have still not been paid holiday pay due to me, including 70 hours carried over. I thought 3 weeks was a reasonable amount of time to wait before phoning HR so I’ve been trying to call them today. All I get is a recorded message saying if you’ve got a pay query after leaving the company go on the following website and submit your query: view.pagetiger.com/rmleavers. I can’t find it anywhere on the internet. Has anyone heard of it or is it some sort of fob off?

The advice on here always suggests you contact your line Manager who will in turn contact HR

When you go make sure they owe you nothing

I tried this a couple of weeks ago to no avail. Seems to be a dead Web page.
When I managed to get through on the phone, to an actual human being at HR, the person told me to select option 3 on the ridiculous menu, but to call back on the Monday morning because they were all away home at that point.
Luckily my area rep/original DOM managed to sort it out eventually.
The problem was sheer incompetence/malice/lazyness from my line manager/s

Yes it does exist. I've had the same problem.
You can access the page from inside the rm app but it will be so small as to be unreadable
Alternatively, you can access it from a web browser by typing " https://view.pagetiger.com/rmleaver" into the top line search box

I spoke to someone from HR today who have emailed my line manager about the same issue. I guess it depends who you get through to. Just click the options for a query about pay.

i couldnt get through to pagetiger either when I left aboutnon payment of 24 mins per day but I found out on this website it is dealt with by COM 's in the office but they haven't been told about it yet
