Current Royal Mail CEO

Post by Dorset Plodder »

Morning everyone

OK I've wasted enough of my day off searching online so I thought I'd come straight to the fount of all wisdom. :thumbup

Granny Smith couldn't exchange her old stamps, and is owed a considerable amount of cash. In the way of the older genration she'd like to write to the CEO to complain. In the way of Big Business they make it VERY difficult to do so.

I've had a trawl through the world of google but most sites still have ST listed :left:

Any help appreciated ... Cheers. :cuppa

MS is Group (IDS) CEO, RM itself doesn't have a CEO at present, Grant P seems to be the nearest senior position to that role?

So with Simon Thompson officially ending his tenure on 31st October you would think an announcement for his replacement is imminent. When that is confirmed expect he or she to adopt their mark on how the business should progress.

This is one of those questions where if you asked 10 different posties you would probably get 10 different answers....

If it's a complaint then it should be referred to customer services. So in writing a letter, how about: CEO of Royal Mail, Freepost ROYAL MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICES??
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Suggests somebody sends an email on her behalf otherwise the letter may never be delivered!

I've a feeling Grant P will be announced as the CEO otherwise IDS would have announced who's getting the job if it was an external appointment.
