Where the f--k is our so called union.haven't heard a peep since the yes vote,while bullying and harassment through the roof and new entrants being treated like dirt,no wonder they are not staying,everyday is different ,take that dont take that ,prioritise tracked dont prioritise track,what have you been doing all day,always being called workshy even thou we are working harder than ever,i swear if my lino has one more dig i'll ??? maybe i should stop there.

They clearly don’t give a sh**t about us anymore,it’s so bad,they are allowing newly made up managers to bully & antagonise hard working postmen & women,we are being treated like donkeys.not many of us can cope anymore,I for one at an all time low both physically & mentally,27 years service(joined at 17),but unfortunately can’t see me lasting much longer🥲

The walks are too big and there are not enough staff to cover holidays, days off, sick absences and wallington weeks off. Loops are rotated. There isn't a 6 day service anymore. The walk adjacent to me did not go out once last week. No letters were delivered. D2D's are from 3 weeks ago.

...and btw, there are no vans younger than 13 years old in our DO. They are literally falling apart, like the posties and the squalid toilets!

You can’t make the job so unattractive so as all staff up and leave and nobody wants to replace them. I know people on here like to think that RM have swathes of people trying to dream up new ways they can f**k over staff, but eventually there reaches a point where they realise that they need some people to actually perform the job and make the company money.

Until robots are a thing obviously.
