To listen to someone from THIS company, who is either delusional or disingenuous, spout some cant about employee wellbeing?

I'll retire to bedlam.

I'll retire to bedlam.

She has been in her role for less than a year.
I don't think for one moment of that she has spoken to shop floor. More than likely taking care of those poor souls in managerial and office based positions.

This just takes the p--s the media should be all over this, but alas the elites ,big business and unions are all in cahoots ,the real reason this goes on is greed and money,we will always be at the bottom and trodden on.

Re: make a difference (Mad World Summit)
Based on an encounter with a manager who had seemingly crossed over from the mirror universe:
- They think staff are off sick with stress purely because of things going on in their private lives.
- They believe getting those people back to work is going to rescue them from sitting in the house being depressed.
- They insist it is the union that is keeping these people from recovering by interfering with attempts to get them back on the streets instantly.
The machine stops.
