Carried over holiday hours after leaving?

Looking for some advice please, I resigned and haven't been paid any carried over hours yet. It's been 4 weeks now.

Phoned Line Manager, phoned HR. Fobbed off at best, laughed at in reality.

Where do I go from here? Any real advice on taking this further would be appreciated.

All you have left is a special delivery letter to HR clearly spelling what you think you're owed.
And an assurance you'll go to a tribunal if its not paid.
When I leave I'll be talking every minute I'm owed before I go.
In my resignation letter also stating what my last day will be and why.
In your case though just pester the hell out of them.
Just be sure to point out the facts.
Good luck getting what you're owed.

The reality of this is I'm owed about 200 hours wages.

About 70% of any time off requested has been rejected over the last 2 years.

After leaving, apparently my line manager should've sorted this out on my last week (according to HR.) I'm questioning why has this not happened??

This seems to be a Line Manager issue, just not doing their job?

I have screenshots of the RM App from the last year or so.

Trying to start a new job as well as dealing with this b******t is a joke

I think I’m in the same boat as you. I retired 2 weeks ago but didn’t get any carried over holiday pay the week after leaving. It’s around 80 hours. I’m abroad at the moment and the people’s app is not allowing me to see my payslips or holiday entitlement.

Have you received any holiday pay yet mate? I’m 3 weeks into retirement and not received mine. I’m waiting to see if it comes with next week’s lump sums then will rip into them.

Get onto acas and lodge a claim and request arbitration, see if HR respond to them. Whether or not it's management or HR, it's all the same.

Yep line managers should sit you down & do a proper leaving routine, hand badges in, ID etc and sort things out like owed pay etc? I had the same problem as they owed me 32 hours. I phoned wages up who said it was your line manager’s responsibility to do all this, they couldn’t do anything until your line manager okayed it all. It came through a couple of weeks after I went back in after I left & pestered them. w*****s.

Do you think all DO's are like Fort Knox? After the mail leaves an MC and arrives at a DO, the "integrity of the mail" is out the window
