Sign it out of service if there's any warning lights on that's not something like the DPf regen. If it comes back from the workshop with the warning light still on, sign it out of use again and keep doing so until it actually gets fixed

You just need to persist in keeping signing it out of service until the COM pulls their finger out their arse and makes sure that it actually gets fixed

Little he can do if the workshop decided it's not an issue which needs fixing. At the end of the day it's just a light on the dashboard not a safety issue.

Given they've been dealing with Doblo's for 10+ years they don't even need to investigate anything to know why the lights are on.
