RMCtv : Customer Preference - Accessibility Needs
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Open their morning fresh, put it in the fridge for them and sample the cooked results scoring on a scale of 1 to 5, but moving constantly like you have an itchy arse to stop being yellow dotted.chickenwittle wrote: ↑11 Sep 2023, 12:24What next ? , We unwrap their parcels at the front door and recycle the cardboard for them .![]()

Giving too much choice to indecisive people is the root of the problem.

Thing with all this customer preference stuff, it's just what posties used to do.
When we had time to get to know our own rounds and customers, we'd know that Mrs Miggins has mobility issues, Mr Scroggins leaves the side door open for his parcels etc etc.
It was Royal Mail that decided we'd be better as just another knock, drop and run courier.

"Wait longer", they can dream on if they think that'll happen, delivery staff don't have the time
