All these step tracker claims are bogus...
I remember recording around 25k 32,000 steps back at the end of covid, was out from 10am till 5:30pm. Don't tend to get close to that now with the drop in mail and me refusing to stay out that late. Normally hit around 17k 24,000 steps these days.

But that is still a hell of a lot of moving in a day. Only one of my active friends can compete and he's addicted to walking and running.

This is why RM have won, and beat cwu we'll never stick together ever again, its a shame there's a lot of good folk on delivery and distribution. They split us up, the old conquer and divide, When they come for the indoor allowances again, they'll get them this time, cause we wont stick together like before. Proper shame and in the end whether you're indoor or outdoor we've all lost :cry
The jobs and priorities are too different to be united sadly.

I know there's divides in dutys everywhere different parts of the country etc.My time to start delivery is 9.40 which I usually get out at after a 20 min break and I'm usually last letter 2pm on quiet days and mostly 2.20 on busy days if a bulk posting I could be near 3.Average days il be near 5 hour walk and as it's my shift il usually complete and claim the overtime. If asked to lapse it's a straight no or if I go over I want payed for it.But 32000 steps is pretty normal. Our office operates the 20 min at the end is the other half of your break but again usually that's added on as overtime.

A lot can play a part in step count, step gate, device efficiency and arm movements so they aren't the best measure.

Nobody sold anybody out, we had a democratic vote, and the majority prevailed, the biggest voting block were the DO staff so they got the deal over the line.

He isn't betraying anyone so the 30 pieces of silver doesn't really mean anything. Sorry from pedants corner. Can't think of an analogy off the top of my head for someone who has been given a small benefit for a big loss.

Wasting your time Foxel, they will continue to defend the indefensible until RM sack them. Company stooges parading as good hardline union members, as if the thought that anyone who voted no isn't entitled to any benefits from this agreement.
Get a grip, you got the result you wanted but continue to argue the toss anyway, i would call you half-wit but the half-wits might get offended!!

He has no principles, just another shouty individual that didn't get his way and can't accept the result of a free and fair ballot.

anyway the more cultured of us have a last night of the proms to watch - see you tomorrow (just not at sad lou's time) over and out !
They have the proms on in your local boozer? Very civilised.
Has he not got you on ignore🤔
Com on Lou...I want to know .
You keep saying your office has cleared for the last year's and years .
Now we know it hasn't. Give us your postcode
Sorry I have to wait for an appropriate time to post on here now, unlike the pissheads who post off their heads in their local boozers at all times of the day, or even more pitifully drunk in their own homes, so hopefully (nearly) 7am is acceptable in that regard?

I’m not sure where your question originates from, other than some kind of bizarre attempt to defend the beer-monster CRIBMAD, but I’ve never claimed to be part of an office that has cleared for the, quote “last year’s and years” whatever that means, though I do appreciate you using both variations of year’s and years so at least you get it right once. Fair play.

No, our office failed a few months ago, when we were short staffed and people were off sick, otherwise we are a well-oiled machine, that comes in, gets the job done and goes home. Clear every day, manageable rounds and no stress, which is why I don’t feel the need to get rat-arsed every night unlike a good few members on here. There is help out there if you need it, in all seriousness. It is a disease. I pity anyone who uses booze as a crutch.
So, you now say that you failed once a few months back, while you were short staffed.
You never mentioned this momentous occasion Lou... and how unfortunate that OFCOM just happened to pick up on it.

You are not convincing me Lou.
