As per the title, though I could do with a few bits of advice…
Firstly, I have over 100 hours of annual leave outstanding and two weeks of AL confirmed in the coming months, will I be paid this upon leaving?
Secondly, I still have several hundred free shares within RMG/IDS, are these sold on my behalf upon leaving or are they mine to keep regardless of leaving the company?
Cheers

Yes you should be paid any outstanding leave, but before giving in your notice get your COM etc to give you a print out of your Leave Card from PSP so you know exactly what your owed as once you have left the business your PSP record is removed.
You will still retain ownership of the free shares when you leave the company to do what you will with.

Re: Considering leaving RM
Best bet would be to calculate your leave and tell them your last day is, say, 31st October, and then inform them because of leave owed your last day of actual work is 2nd October or whatever.
Be sure to add leave accrued up to end of October.
This way you should be paid until last day of October. Should that is.
Do the leg work, take screenshot of leave as of now, put everything in writing by email.
Also ask for confirmation in writing.
