Forget any bonuses, you can keep them as long as I can get to see Aiden's ego hobble around a delivery. On a brutal day like this, I doubt you'd make it out of the office.
we all new what we was voting for
.... clearly not.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Old Contracts, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not on an Old Contact.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
I'm turning purple!

Now now Adie there is no need for that. You have spent a year attacking people who have had different views from you, and you don't like it when they swear.

Lol before the last revision our dutys averaged about 28000 steps a day but most of us are hitting the mid 30s these day's.Thats based on what my phone tells me so some of that is in the office in the morning,so it's the total by the end of shift. But yeah definitely getting harder to do each day,if anyone is unfortunate enough to be forced back on delivery it will be hard going. My duty was a p&l but one duty was taken away and I inherited a3rd of it and the duty that was left if that makes sense.

I don't think they'd want any of us on delivery. Based on forum posts RM only want those on the new contracts in deliveries

Jeez that’s extreme, does that include outside work? Either way I’m not sure that’s sustainable for you and no wonder they can’t retain staff, the pay does not match that level of exertion!

I do about 20 to 25000 a day or 18km…But…to do that I’ve got to eat/sleep well, foam roll, stretch, do Pilates, strength train, use a massage gun and wear proper sports tech (not RM sh••)..if I don’t I get hip/knee/back pain…no way an average joe is going to do all that to maintain a crappy payed, stressful job.

anyway the more cultured of us have a last night of the proms to watch - see you tomorrow (just not at sad lou's time) over and out !
They have the proms on in your local boozer? Very civilised.
Has he not got you on ignore🤔
Com on Lou...I want to know .
You keep saying your office has cleared for the last year's and years .
Now we know it hasn't. Give us your postcode
Sorry I have to wait for an appropriate time to post on here now, unlike the pissheads who post off their heads in their local boozers at all times of the day, or even more pitifully drunk in their own homes, so hopefully (nearly) 7am is acceptable in that regard?

I’m not sure where your question originates from, other than some kind of bizarre attempt to defend the beer-monster CRIBMAD, but I’ve never claimed to be part of an office that has cleared for the, quote “last year’s and years” whatever that means, though I do appreciate you using both variations of year’s and years so at least you get it right once. Fair play.

No, our office failed a few months ago, when we were short staffed and people were off sick, otherwise we are a well-oiled machine, that comes in, gets the job done and goes home. Clear every day, manageable rounds and no stress, which is why I don’t feel the need to get rat-arsed every night unlike a good few members on here. There is help out there if you need it, in all seriousness. It is a disease. I pity anyone who uses booze as a crutch.

It certainly wouldn’t be fair on delivery staff, working with people who are being paid more for doing the same job.

I think in delivery now I'd honestly say that's what most people do everyday it's got that bad.Im fit look after myself and I wear the uniform except from the shorts,I wear the footwear it's not to bad they keep your feet dry and if anything happens if your not wearing it your up sh!t creek.Been in the job so long is why I think we're capable of doing way to much walking.Im on the west of Scotland so the weather is crap that doesn't help.
