I’m sure last years or the year before is still on the notice board with a list of actions they needed to take. Nothing has been actioned.

They try to get you to do it on an app. on their phone, so don't fall for that one. Also, don't send your post card back, they might try to use the code to add your vote that way.

They don't need the code on the card - it's not specific to you, it's just your office number. When you start typing it in you could
just as easily pick another office that comes up as you type the number in as it autopopulates the office field.

I always did the survey when I was at RM. The one that took place before I left they said only around 20 from our office bothered - and 5 of the 20 was me.

I’ve refused to do it for years, not only because it’s a complete waste of time but because it seriously triggers my manager as I know it’s linked to him getting a bonus.

The ink has faded on ours but I've committed it to memory:
"You said: we should have a team meeting every morning.
We did: have a daily start-up meeting for FT and PT staff."

That lasted about a month. Must have been eating into lapsing time. I know WTLL does, that's why the only one we ever have is the annual fire drill video.

It depends if you used language when you were referring to them that would give you away…..

Do the managers actually get a bonus for this,heard it many times over the years but nobody seems to know.

I think the main tell is, that they hustle round and make sure completion is 100%. How can you trust a survey that’s questions are complete grey areas. “Do you think your management team does a good job” who the f**k is my management team? Lino? area? Sector? Directors? CEO?
“Are you valued in the workplace?” By who???

Our had a 120% compliance last time.
Gaffers filled them in over and over.

For years I objected to the question that was something like 'Do you understand the need for change?.

Just digging through my folder of work-related correspondence looking for a document and in amongst it is an unanswered survey form from 2014. That question really burned itself into my memory. The following question is ripe for a belated answer.
