Hello is anybody home !!!! if there was a NO vote we would of forced their hand and the governments to actually sort this s**t out once and for all instead now we are in limbo land not having a clue whats going to happen next,i would of rather it gone belly up then we could all move on, as i said before we will never know what could of happened because 70 % of the membership bottled it and it breaks my heart to see so many low paid and crap terms and conditioned work force.I'll ask again what have you actually achieved with a yes vote the job is no better or safer than before,sometimes i despair

waiting for my redundancy only have a few years to go its no point changing now ,if i can get a bit of money great and get to retire early,to be honest a yes or no did not make much difference to me but the younger ones will now always be in a s**t job ,in my opinion and only mine the yes vote finally put the nail in the cwu's coffin they have now ended up like most others only really good enough for annual pay talks and that will probably be nudge nudge wink wink,the cwu had a chance to stay relevant but blew it.

The government couldn’t give a crap about Royal Mail in their eyes we are just another delivery company.

Voting yes bought certainly which is what the majority of people want along with a pay rise. Voting no wasn’t an option for many people living week to week. I supposed wanting to have certainty and more money in your pocket is selling out.

Personally for me I’ve never known the job as stress free as it is today. No pressure to get done, no pressure to clear my door to doors as long as the tracked and specials are done then they are happy.
