Something we will never know, but we certainly know what we got with a yes vote, seasonal hours and a pay cut and worse terms time to wake up maybe one day you will be brave enough.
Seasonal hours in a non-story, (the least worrying of the agreement)... 24 mins early start, or 10 mins for PT... neglible.. you won't even notice it. The real crux is the later finish times next March and how much of the 90 mins you will end up working later...and what will be added onto it in the years to come.
Yeah, nobody wants later starts. But lets look at RM history, it'll probably fall flat on its arse and we'll be back to 5AM starts in a year or two.

US YES VOTERS , have got everybody working 30 hours for f**k all this tax year ,so just have a look at what the company have got out the deal and then look what the staff got , f***ing cracking deal ehh ,
Told again today ours starts monday, 24 minutes early Monday's and Tuesdays now takes us back over the 7 hours so we get back our extra 10 minute break they took away in April,so now Mondays and Tuesdays actually we only work an extra 14 minutes and we get to leave 10 minutes early,im sure we have a bunch of preschool kids running this outfit,on another note the 14 minutes will be lost in the rush our once schools go back

Why is the tax year suddenly a thing?
The overriding feeling in my office is that they would rather start the seasonal variations now knowing that they will never owe Royal Mail a minute than start it in the summer and forever be in debt to the company.
The question of the tax year never came up.
the feeling in our office is we shouldnt be doing it full stop so never mind starting it this xmas , and do you really think we will get the 35 hrs in summer ? not a chance with the size of the deliverys are now and the company will just rip it up and the silent union will just roll over again, as they are good at that.
This in bucketloads
The bastards will move the goalposts in the summer
Spoke about it today
They will pay us back the 2 hrs every week for the 39 hrs and we’re back at 37
And here’s another wee gem for you
Some offices are only starting early on wed thur and fri
Leaving mon tue and sat alone to make sure we do t have spare time due to lighter days

How will that work in the summer months, you'll only finish early on the same days?? Pretty certain nobody voted "yes" for that change?

My office tried to do that and was told no it has to be 24 minutes at the start of the duty.

Surely we've all learned to ignore such crap? If the whole delivery outfit dosnt do it as one it dosnt work. Anyway someone told me at another office they all just start 2hrs early on a Saturday and av done with it, no really they did, honest Zzzz....
What would happen if you refused to come in 24 minutes early and just worked your contractual hours..
Seasonal variations are your contracted hours.
You're not coming in 24mins early.
Your working day starts 24mins earlier.
So to answer your question, you would be late for work.

You do know though. Royal Mail publicly stated all the changes that would be happening regardless of the agreement, including even later starts than we actually managed to secure in the agreement.
You can keep pretending the job was staying the same in the result of a no vote, but you are sounding increasingly deluded, though at least you haven’t completely lost the plot like CRIMBAD and at least attempt to construct coherent sentences, so props for that.
