well done to that postienoggin1969 wrote: ↑28 Aug 2023, 17:58Saw the purported email from Grunt, but then was told it was fake on here. Apparently some postie had made a legal challenge, grounds unstated about the seasonal working. Grunt said it had been passed to legal but didn't think it had grounds, but the start would be pushed back until clarified![]()

Re: Seasonal hours suspended
Sounds like confusion stemming from the fake rumour started on Facebook. I’m sure RM and the CWU would have put out something official by now. Though saying that, I could still see it being postponed. The only one I’ve heard of is the new sick policy being delayed.

Re: Seasonal hours suspended
Woody posted on the other thread that the seasonal variations could be postponed. Apparently issues with adapting SISO/PSP. The legal challenge story was completely fake.LouBarlow wrote: ↑28 Aug 2023, 19:40Sounds like confusion stemming from the fake rumour started on Facebook. Even when these clowns get what they want they still f it up!
I had to recently work with 5 or 6 planners for a week, the company is infected with incompetence.

Re: Seasonal hours suspended
You’d think that seasonal hours is one of those things that has to happen simultaneously at every single office up and down the country.
You can’t have it start next week in some offices . The week after in others or next month in the rest.
Royal Mail and the cwu should be coming out and saying when it’s happening because arrangements will have to be made by people ffs.
