I was informed on Saturday,it has been delayed until 1st November! But who knows with this bunch of amateurs running the business!

If it happens at all, shouldn't start till next summer with the 35 hours.

Not at our office as far as I know moved back starting times 24 mins each working day, starting 4th Sept. Seasonal hours are in!
