Got briefed today about new start times starting Monday 4th September, didn't pay much attention wasn't listening

Well if there’s a big announcement coming they haven’t got long to make it this week lol

IF the company go into admin, and resurface as British Parcel Company does it mean 1) the shareholders dissappear 2) our terms are gone coz its a new company 3) would a uso still be enforced. New name, new t&c on offer and maybe a big cut in costs ? Only wondering... why did Hermes be Evri1... tax dodge or something similar to RM ?

I believe that just by going into administration, our contracts would effectively become void and they could bring in things like no allowances, no paid breaks, anyone to work any days of the week, mandatory driving (only affects deliveries)

Evri was more of a rebranding if i recall, due to bad rep on other name
