5 day letters, 7 days parcels will come as a surprise to no one. Treat of administration waved at Ofcom and the Government in the lead up to a general election. They'll either get their way or ask for subsidies to carry on 6 days letters. It would be down to the Government to argue over, is RM a separate business or part of IDS as a whole. Rumours had it the CWU was up for it but wanted the SWW as a sweetener.

Fortunately for RM it matters not one bit what the CWU cry and moan about. That ship sailed months ago. They will protest as a form of public relations for us plebs though, the usual shite of “solidarity” “stick with us” “back your union”.

striking at christmas would have worked if it was at least a 7 day strike or all out

1 day here and there had no impact especially when alot were doing OT
