30 hour contract lump sum

Hi guys

Sorry if this has already been posted/answered.

Im contracted 30 hours however most weeks I do 60 hours+. In terms of the upcoming lump sums of £500 & £900 can anyone confirm wether I’ll receive the full amount or a percentage for being on a 30 hour contract which isn’t classed as full time. I’m assuming the latter..

Sorry i don't understand this, you would have lost your contracted hours when on strike, nothing more.

Pro rata isn't great but what's another fair option?

I guess new starts the latest 40hr contracts will receive the full amount?

I queried it with the book room and was told "as you consistently do overtime the deductions have been made accordingly or it wouldn't be fair on full timers." I wasn't alone in that, others here got the same thing

Please tell me they don't deduct fulltime hrs when you take holiday

Probably stopped their normal hours plus also not paid their usual overtime, not stopped addition hours.

I would hope they know the difference between their contracted hours and hours worked

They could apply the payments in a similar way they do with the xmas bonus.
