Re: Martin Walsh…
Can i ask how Royal Mail are still paying wages as being dismissed your contract of employment has been terminated?Martin Walsh wrote: ↑19 Aug 2023, 06:11The Lord Faulkner Review is ongoing , in line with the process the CWU and Royal Mail have submitted there generic submissions to the review.
A zoom call was heard this week with all those individuals and Branch’s who have chosen to be put into the review.
There is now an agreed list of the first cases to be heard and each of this cases a submission is being written to be provided along with all the relevant paperwork.
Remember Royal Mail are still paying individuals who have been dismissed since the agreement was first reached on the Faulkner review.
Unfortunately in any process like this , timescales are always lengthy in terms of gathering information, submissions.
Getting justice for those reps and members remains a key priority but dealing with 200 plus cases is time consuming and cannot be done overnight. This is huge piece of work for everyone , including Lord Faulkner and his team and will take some time.
Branch’s will be updated on this early next week.
Any links to the Faulkner review agreement that states this?
If dismissed employees are receiving contracted salary, if the dismissal is upheld, will they have to pay that money back?

Where's the fake news .Woody Guthrie wrote: ↑18 Aug 2023, 16:48Like I said.
s**t posting, fake news and trolling.
More interested in cheap attacks than anything else.
This site is now a pretty embarrassing echo chamber with very little information other than what the mods post or grown up debate on any of the threads.
A poster on this thread wondered about the numbers that have left the c.w.a I gave the number I was told .
The 16,000 figure was given to me by a div rep.
Are they telling porkies?
why would they do that when they voted for this sellout.
Yes we still speak and hold no grudges as they understand why postie's like myself couldnt vote for an incomplete agreement that was down grading our terms and conditions.
I've also known them for over 2 decades at RM
Trolling I think my post count rules me out on that one.
other than commenting on your signature which I think is appropriate all things considered if that's trolling so be it I'm a troll.
s**t posting ,
my veiws on the sellout are clear and factual ,
Or are there no if,buts and maybes in your document but there seems to be a hell of lot in my version and going by some of the cwa coms on this site they are actually still trying to negotiate bits of the said agreement
Don't you think its wrong to put an incomplete agreement which was delayed for months to the members .
Or would you buy a new car with no engine and still expect it to run .
Maybe it gets to you guys trying to defend the indefensible but then that's your problem not mine ..
Maybe someone on pec will rear there heads here and tell us if the figure is correct or not .if its wrong them maybe they could tell us the real figure ...won't be holding my breath on that one .
Happy weekend

Re: Martin Walsh…
I know people dismissed or forced out (writing was on the wall they were going to get sacked on trumped up charges) before the agreement. They have had jack s++t pay for months or help from the union. Our union rep is trying to get them to down the route of constructive dismal. He's not happy with the lack of helpful support from the union. Stupid feckers in the cwu cant even fill in a appeal form for the courts properly.Martin Walsh wrote: ↑19 Aug 2023, 06:11

We still need to stay in the union.

Re: Request for Martin Walsh
You can only claim constructive dismissal while still employed under a contract of employment and only have three months from dismissal to bring a claim.

Funnily enough, I’ve just had a quick peruse of your litany of previous eloquent posts. Are you still looking for alternative employment and if so, why do you even care? You promised to stamp your feet and leave if a yes vote was the result after all.Neebs wrote: ↑19 Aug 2023, 19:46Where's the fake news .Woody Guthrie wrote: ↑18 Aug 2023, 16:48Like I said.

You realise this isn’t snapchat right? Your posts remain visible for all to see for eternity. It doesn’t take long to go back through 50-odd posts especially when the poster was referencing their posting history, and I couldn’t recall their username. Nice to see you are still obsessing over me scotchy, despite multiple claims that you were ignoring me. I knew you couldn’t resist for long.scotchy1962 wrote: ↑20 Aug 2023, 07:43As i have said before, there are people who are prepared to go back over anything you have said before in a attempt to take down your narrative.LouBarlow wrote: ↑20 Aug 2023, 06:16Funnily enough, I’ve just had a quick peruse of your litany of previous eloquent posts. Just had my walk changed and increased again for the 2nd time this year, the walk makes no sense and it is now 6 and a half hours long on a 4 hour delivery span,if royal mail are still losing money i'd want to check their pockets.i'd suggest to all Royal Mail customers only use their tracked service and signed for tracked if you want any hope of your parcel reaching its destination and that goes for important documents too ,the rest of Royal Mail services can not be trusted or relied on.

How they expect their recruitment drive to improve when stories like these are all too familiar.
Imagine starting now, all the new procedures to remember these days plus trying to get up to speed when the rounds are impossible.
Anyone with an ounce of savvy would leave within a month.
Oh and on considerably worse terms and conditions and pay than the fella next to you.

They are actually getting away with it doing it this way. Instead of 10 frames with mail not being delivered, there will be 3 frames. Then the postie can divdide the delivery up day to dayguardianangel wrote: ↑20 Aug 2023, 09:12Just had my walk changed and increased again for the 2nd time this year, the walk makes no sense and it is now 6 and a half hours long on a 4 hour delivery span,if royal mail are still losing money i'd want to check their pockets.i'd suggest to all Royal Mail customers only use their tracked service and signed for tracked if you want any hope of your parcel reaching its destination and that goes for important documents too ,the rest of Royal Mail services can not be trusted or relied on.

Didn't think of it that way, yeah so in effect for example two months ago 12 walks failed, last month only 9 this month miraculously only 6, looks good on paper, 50% improvement until you realise f**k all more actually got delivereddazzler123 wrote: ↑20 Aug 2023, 10:14They are actually getting away with it doing it this way.
