Hi everyone,
Please can someone advise me on how to login to the PDA tracker in the Mail sorting office?
I'm guessing I take it out of the docking station, press power and enter the login id? Then do I press power again?
I was never properly shown how to use it and until now, I have always ended up arriving and being passed a scanner that has been logged and tracked items.
When I explained on my last shift, The manager was quite grumpy with me and didn't bother to help - just got one for me and I think I was taken off the list of knowing how to track - when I know everything else!!
Thank you so much in advance

Should of been shown how to use it when you first got it so it’s the so-called managers faultDaisyLinker wrote: ↑19 Aug 2023, 09:04Hi everyone,

Re: Using PDA Tracker in Sorting office
Do you mean the PDA scanner?
First you scan your user ID (Your barcode on your ID badge) and then enter your pin number to log on but I'm afraid there is more to it than just that.
You then have to go through the menu to select whether you are doing Inward, outward, Bulk or standard packets etc..
You should have been shown / coached on all the processes before you used it for the first time so the manager is at fault and your workplace coach should have coached you throughout the process.
