if I leave the business before the 29th September, will I still get the lump sums?

Sure if you were in post on 4th August you get it.

Yip im sure you will receive it, however it will be done by emergency tax code, meaning you will be taxed 40 percent.

i phoned hr mate according to one of their agents the crietria is u have to be in the job on 29th september, but other places saying 4th august with nearly half ur money off, i would just stay until 30th september to be sure
