Thanks Mr Starfish
. Most people at work think the scheme finishes after 5 years. Someone must have got their facts wrong

Re: Partnership share matching scheme December?
When changing contribution amount, I always find the wording of the date very awkward.
I’m monthly paid and I want to purchase the max amount from the 29th September salary (to take tax advantage of the lump sum).
The first option suggests they send the instruction on 18th August but deduction is from the following month… which, to me, would mean the pay at end of September.
The second option lets me chose that deduction month ( September) and states that it will be sent in the payroll run on 20th September.
Very confusing. Which should I be choosing and is my understanding of the former choice correct?

Dunno what's happened to james I hope he's OK, I'm happy to continue his work.
August update 17/08/23
36 shares purchased @ £2.578542p + 2 free per £100 gross/monthly investment.
For people who joined when this first started, the first shares start to become completely tax-free on 16/10/23 and more will be added every month thereafter when they become 5 years old.
This scheme does not end after 5 years, that's when shares become tax-free. This scheme will continue indefinitely.

Re: Partnership share matching scheme December?
Hi, is anyone else missing having their contributions for the end of January/start of February added to their account?
The money has come off wages, just isn't being shown as being credited to my account on the portal.

Re: Partnership share matching scheme December?
I think that they just credit accounts about a month is arrears. If you were to leave the scheme from say 1st of March you would be allocated a full quota of shares on 15th of March and your final shares on 15th of April. The money hasn't gone missing.

Re: Partnership share matching scheme December?
Thanks.
So there's nothing unusual about having my last contribution listed as being the 26/01/24? (even though i've had money taken off wages 2,9,16,23 of Feb 2024, i.e. about a month behind)
