Anyone got…?

Has anyone got the directive from Grant McPherson placed on Workplace following the last select committee where Simon Thompson got a roasting about prioritising parcels over letters?

He put in writing that under no circumstances should parcels get priority over letters and we must adhere to the USO but it was taken down several days later

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thank you for that , I will raise it in the morning with my manager, he obviously hasn’t received this particular communication, so it is down to me and my solemn duty to enlighten him.

They are not bothered our dom has been told from above all tracks must go ,so today me and my partner left 1 and a half walks and drove around doing packets, been doing it since they got rid of all the agency 3 weeks ago ,i think they want ofcom to come down on them so they can get rid of the uso,its all in the master plan and the cwu and Darren Jones have no say ,i'd save your breath.

Why bother?Just do what the Dom tells you to do.We all know it is going on.Tracked 'MUST GO' is what we are told.OPENLY i might add.Rep knows it is going on.I was told today to leave my frame full of work, take out all my tracked and my buddies tracked aswell.112 all together.Went out 09.30 back at 13.40.Unload,scan first attempts back in,wash hands, scan out, go home.112 drops as opposed to 500+ in the pouring rain.Happy days.
