I need postal adress. email & tele for job reference .

Requests from a third party for personal details can include:

Mortgage/Tenancy References (for current employees),
Standard Job References (except for employees that left prior to 1998),
Confirmation of Employment (not complete Visa Applications),
Statement of Earnings (either full or current year, or 13 week/three months)
Solicitors/Loss of Earnings forms (L17s),
Insurance Claims/Financial Information,
Child Support Agency Information Requests,
Inland Revenue Information Requests,
Job Centre Plus Job Seekers Allowance,
Applications and Benefit Fraud Investigations.

Any requests from third parties for personal information should be sent to:

Employees are required to complete the Consent Form before information can be released to a third party. The form should be included with the written request for data.
