As said before "if it isn't etched in stone" chances where always likely that RM would just do as they please. Leaving them the opportunity to interpret parts of the agreement as they seen fit.
You reap what you sow and i don't see this changing over the period of this agreement so best to just buckle up now.
Blaming the Yes voters won't change anything, we will still have to deal with what has been agreed.
Democracy has spoken, we might not like it, but it has and we all have to deal with it. I would like a more robust reply from the union but they are in danger of becoming irrelevant in the workplace and i think we all know that a change in direction is required for them or it will be a slow death for it.
Which change of direction would you suggest?
This is another problem on here, people like Lou thinking i should have the answer to every problem you highlight.
I don't and if i did i would be running the show. Perhaps you could enlighten us all as to how you would deal with it instead of constant pro RM/CWU narrative with no alternative yourself.
The change in direction i am highlighting is the union, the present top table are dead in the water, nobody with any sense will follow them anywhere after the last few months (Probably a few halfwits still would) and lets be real here are only weapon is IA and we can't use it under this leadership, nobody would support it.
Change at the top table is required to install some faith in the members and a very robust push back on RM's current agenda of ignoring the agreement even to the point of and including IA to show they mean business.
For us to have any sort of relevance in the companies eyes we need to have some teeth to bite the feckers.

Well at least give it a go. Every post you make on here reads like a platitude.

Put the whole quote in smart arse, you take the whole context of my comment away by just posting what suits your narrative.
Reminds me of someone else who only likes things that suit their thinking.
I am but a humble postie, pay me £700 k a year and we will talk some business, otherwise i can't help.
Where's your great plan again?

I’ve signed up to my ‘great plan’ by voting to endorse the agreement. I might not like it but it represents the best opportunity for me to continue working in this job. You on the other hand, continually claim to know an alternate plan, that the union and RM should have explored, without offering anything in the way of details. You can keep insulting me, but it isn’t going to deflect from your posts which are entirely vapid and minimally posturing.
Side note - I am directly quoting you. Not changing anything. If a single sentence being reflected back to you, makes you feel uneasy, then perhaps it was ill thought out in the first place?

No lou you aren't directly quoting me, just the selected part of my quote.
If you have nothing to hide put it all in, if you just want it to suit your narrative and try to show yourself in a better light then put in the bit that suits.
There you go, being a smart arse again.
Context is everything.
Lou you are one of the reasons that people get annoyed on this forum, all self righteous and pompous if someone calls you anything vaguely insulting.
Smart arse is hardly insulting you snowflake.
I am glad you believe everything you say to be the gospel, thankfully nobody else does.
Now take your opinions and put them where the sun don't shine smart boy.

Back to the insults, because you have literally nothing interesting or constructive to say. And I’ve quoted the entirety of your bilge. Hope that is more to your liking?
Iou you can feck off anytime you like.
You pompous illiterate half-wit, you love to stir the pot but the first sign of somebody questioning you or not answering to your liking you spit your dummy out and fill your nappy.
Looking down from your golden throne on high at us poor mere mortals must be so challenging for you intellectually i am surprised you bother.
Reading the dross on here must bore you to tears, just like your continual sniping bores the rest of us.
I will ignore you from now on and would thank you to give me the same respect.
But then again i doubt that you will as you can't help trolling.

Your insults don’t even make any sense any more. How can I be a pompous half-wit, then of superior intelligence, in the space of two sentences?

Lay off the scotchy, scotchy.
If it helps you could view that as a compliment, someone thinks you're a half-wit but nonetheless still of superior intelligence to the people you're addressing
Wait, if it begins in September haven't we lost out on the low period of -2 hours a week? so if you calculate this financial year (April to April) the average will be higher than 37?
Exactly stitched up yet again,i must admit im getting use to being s**t on regularly now.
