Just received inkjet cartridges.....

Post by masterblaster »

Just received inkjet cartridges via RM from a big seller on ebay, label paid was a large letter 100g, actual weight 336g, why do RM even allow these things on their system? No I didn't get a fee to pay, and obviously I wouldn't have. Competitors wouldn't allow it.

I had two tracked parcels today. From the same company but different sizes and weights. Both had the same tracking number. How much are we losing through these frauds?

See clockwork's post above yours. The large companies pay by volume/weight not individual parcels/packets. It's the
(for example) sellers on auction sites or similar who print off postage that is not sufficient for the weight that
need monitoring and surcharging.

Slightly OT, we're seeing quite a few EVRI parcels sneaking into the system.

We don't have the time to work out which is the case so they just all get sorted and out the door to the DOs

The only stuff in the Tracked area that gets tossed over to RP is anything not sent via RM or PF
