More delays at Langley
I posted an international tracked and traced letter to Crimea (Russian federation) on 3rd July. It arrived to Langley on the 4th of July, and according to tracking has not moved since. I've called and actually managed to talk to a human, but he could not help, as it is "being prepared for dispatch. There was 2 documents only in the envelope, and with out them my wife will be thrown out of Crimea in 3 weeks, leaving her invalid mother to fend for her self. Any one got any ideas how to find out what's happening?

Sanctions = no flights to Russia = long waits at Langley while they make arrangements to ship it.
A destination in a part of Ukraine that was illegally annexed by Russia doesn’t help the situation.
A destination adjacent to a war zone doesn’t help either.
As to where to turn to for help, you have asked RM already, but they are in a bind until Putin ends his illegal war and hands himself in to the War Crimes Tribunal. But Putin is far too weak a man to do the right thing, so don’t hold your breath.

According to the International Incident Bulletin page on the RM website, all services to Crimea are suspended. I'm surprised that it wasn't just returned to sender.
