I know that the times will change but by how much.
I am currently working to 1450 latest what potentially could it move to ?

Next year? We were told this week that now it’s a yes vote all times must be changed by September. We have had lots of changes within days of the vote result.

That depends on what time of year it is, in summer maybe 4-5 pm in winter probably 6 pm, remember your on seasonal hours now, 39 hours in winter, thank you CWU.

RM arnt interested I'm afraid. I can understand people being pissed of because they chose a delivery duty because it suited family life , but unfortunately for them it isnt RM's responsibility how people deal with family issues. I personally loved 5am to 12.20pm years ago, 6 days a week mind, had the whole afternoon to do stuff and finish by 9am at the latest on a Saturday . I hate that we're going to be working later in the day but that's what the workers voted for. This whole dispute has been handled very poorly

For us last letter is 16:45. The days of being home at 11.30 and a clear office are a distant dream. This is what 75% of staff wanted so I’ll have to grin and bear it. Oh well not long and I can get out.

Was chatting to a girl who's taking the new contract from 25 to 35 hours. She's in a route that's at least 15 minutes drive to office with guy who is sticking to 25 hours.

My first thought is surely they will pair up the new 35 hour people with each other as she is thinking she's sitting with her feet up for half an hour every day there and back, wander into office for a pee and chat then head out with a bit of mail for hour, good on her if she gets it!

According to the 'Agreement at a glance' leaflet that was left on our frames one morning - no ( ).

No changes to the Network Window start and finish times until March 2024 to give everyone time to adjust. Local revisions
will continue as normal in 2023

and when they say 'to adjust', they're referring to the seasonal variation hours. They'll just change times under the guise of
a quick tabletop 'revision' or ''flexing' due to operational requirements or some other BS.
