Only around 50% of our office do scan 2 core.. managers never say anything. Also massive shortage of PDAs in office so not everything gets scanned when out on delivery. We have atleast 4 walks daily with no PDA, nothing gets scanned and staff told just deliver, if not in bring it back. Really good for quality

The issue isn't in delivery offices from what I'm seeing. Almost all the issues including my own parcels are being scanned 300 miles from my house to be delivered that day so there must be a huge problem somewhere in the system? Are people incorrectly scanning parcels when they arrive in depots before they go out to regions as I'm constantly getting told by people they have an email that day there parcel was coming yet we don't have it including my own that were never in our office?

Royal Mail bosses live in the past.

These days, we're still on the bloody IPS at 9.00a.m. Thanks to them.
Their mess, they can sort it.
