Besides, once the taxman has taken his chunk, it won't be £900, will it?LouBarlow wrote: ↑12 Jul 2023, 16:51If £900 isn’t a lot to you then you are privileged.DirtyHarry wrote: ↑12 Jul 2023, 16:17Anyone would think a great deal of money was being talked about.

It turns out that everyone who voted NO in the ballot will not get the bonus, So you voted NO to the agreement you didn’t want it so you don’t get the 2 bonus lump sums of money !! You only get the pay rise, For those who voted YES you get everything…so that’s fair isn’t it?

Yes, also if you voted no, you still have sick pay, you don't have later starts, no annualised hours and all revisions are reversed. Grow up.TheProgster wrote: ↑13 Jul 2023, 19:47It turns out that everyone who voted NO in the ballot will not get the bonus, So you voted NO to agreement you didn’t want it so you don’t get the 2 bonus lump sums of money !! My guess is the £500 will get paid next week and the back money more likely on the 28th which means 17 weeks worth.

Something to look forward too. If there is one good thing about a strike, it is the back pay and any lump sums due.
The public sectors workers are all been given a 6% rise too, policemen, junior doctors and teachers, so we posties have done not bad, considering 6% rise now, on top of the 2% rise we got in April too.

Re: Pay increase and lumpsum
It really isn't a win or anything to celebrate but it's money that we're due or owed!! We're gonna get screwed in the months to come anyway so best taking what minimal funds that are coming our way. I voted NO before any of the naysayers jump on my back. The same naysayers that voted as I did and that will also not reject any money coming their way!!

We won this dispute, see my earlier posts.
Look at the all the lolly that is now coming our way, and job security for the rest of our lives.
Be happy and stop all this pitiful nit picking. Some people are never happy with their lot.
Give us the lolly you wally
