It's definitely a week for you, iirc it changed about 5 years ago, sorry nothing to hand to back that up but if I were you I'd phone HR to confirm.

I asked HR via the peoples app and they said 4 weeks. I have been with the company for 31 years and could have sworn most people give 1 weeks notice?
