Let’s see how many no voters leave the company and the union in the next three months I doubt many will.

Regardless of how anyone voted some unity is need now and not knee jerk reactions like leaving the union. Leaving the union and arguing amongst ourselves just plays into Royal Mails hands.

Total fix. CWU needs to release data on voting from each office, no names need to be released, algon with who counted the votes and how much they were paid to do it. There is no way on earth a yes vote got 76% of the vote. Anyway, that was the final straw for me, I am no longer in that sham of a union. Delivery staff totally shafted AGAIN.

I've already left, how could i ever be a member of a union who have just signed a deal to give everything away,apart from the pitiful bribe there is not one thing in that deal that is good for anyone,i'm still trying to get my head around why ? But as i said good luck you are going to need it i'm a few years off retirement so am just going to sit it out and save my £16 a month and ive just seen my last ever strike, in the last 20 years every strike has ended with a little bit more nibbled away this one they have took a massive chunk it will never be the same again,

What it does show for not the first time is that the loudest voices are not always the voice of the majority.

This is one of the most difficult things a union has to deal with from office level right through to national level.

The silent majority are often silent because they cannot be heard over the noise made by the minority.

You say that but what proof do we have the vote was fair? Dave ward read out the percentage and moved swiftly on. I would like to see the raw data on how offices voted. We dont need to know names just how each office voted. I would also like to know more about who counted the votes and how much Dave ward paid them as I presume they did not do it for free. I mean lets be honest all the lies Dave Ward and the CWU have peddled in the last few months would you belive a word that came out of his mouth? I don't. In the meantime I think delivery staff should leave the CWU, they shaft us every deal this being the most by far, they are not on our side. The CWU are clearly a company union now, they offer zero protection to us so there is no point in being with them and paying them our money.

Yeah I just would like to see the raw evidence to support that. That should be no problem for the CWU if it was an honest vote.

Maybe rampant inflation and mortgage rates spiking had something to do with Members voting for the deal.

We have the fact that we're not wearing tin foil hats.

We know they used a huge and well known independent company with massive public sector contracts to count the votes whose entire business would be ruined if they were caught cheating on a relatively small scale minor union ballot.
