I've voted NO ,there is lots in this agreement that could be in breach of contract,why the hell the union have tried to sign us up to this i'll never know,maybe they don't want to spend our subs on legal fees and instead on their inflated wages,it doesn't have to be their way VOTE NO !!!!!!!!

A bit confused. I thought if it was a no vote, delivery's would carry on as normal as the arrivals in DOs would be unchanged.

And the supernumerary in my mailcentre would be saved as the new superhub would be closed as a failed project. Hence no change.

Some people still can't see it can they. Vote no.

Not bothered im still doing half the work ,there's more than one way to skin a cat,give us what we deserve and i'll work hard if not i won't its that simple,they are struggling to fill vacancies now i've lost count of new starters who have already left,its a win win for the workers not so much for royal mail,oh i forgot another loser will be the guys that start early and rush around and walk over cos they are screwed.

I'll add to that then, both our rep and com reckon if it's a no vote then RM will concede that everything they've introduced over the last 20 years has been a failure and from September we're back starting at 5am, bikes are on order and we're waiting for ofcom to approve the reintroduction of 2nd deliveries.

Why do you not believe your manager, RM, the CWU and the PEC? Literally all angles of this dispute. You must have some evidence guiding your opinion surely?
