You should be asking how will a no vote improve your working conditions and pay?SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑02 Jul 2023, 21:36How will a yes vote stop RM coming around for another attack on our T&Cs a few months down the line?

Re: The 6 per cent rise only
The vote is for an agreement which expires 2025 ,then what?
If you think by voting yes to lower term and conditions and a very poor pay package will stop RM parasites then think again.
Erosion of service is NOW happening deliberately to save money
Walks are being made Far too Big to complete with no overtime allowed.
Wintery dark Decembers at 430 pm last letter (and that letters not parcels)
Yeah, it’s gonna be great fun ,isn’t it?
And don’t forget we are working 24 mins extra too.
RMs narrative is to grind you down and replace you with a younger ,cheaper workforce.
Forcing many to leave or be finished ill health with far lesser pay off.
The CWU leadership surrendered but member’s don’t have too.

Thats the real point no corporation can be stopped just slowed down thats all the cwu can do when it wasn't privitised it was cosy with the taxpayer taking the burden it wasn't as cut throat, the cwu didn't see it coming with decades of getting along so to speak.aiden01 wrote: ↑02 Jul 2023, 21:41It won't but a no vote will make sure it happens a lot quicker.also have a payrise in our pockets.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑02 Jul 2023, 21:36How will a yes vote stop RM coming around for another attack on our T&Cs a few months down the line?

If it wasn’t for covid this would have happened three years ago. Rico Beck wanted nothing to do with the union and was preparing for an all out war too.richietns wrote: ↑04 Jul 2023, 06:36Thats the real point no corporation can be stopped just slowed down thats all the cwu can do when it wasn't privitised it was cosy with the taxpayer taking the burden it wasn't as cut throat, the cwu didn't see it coming with decades of getting along so to speak.aiden01 wrote: ↑02 Jul 2023, 21:41It won't but a no vote will make sure it happens a lot quicker.also have a payrise in our pockets.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑02 Jul 2023, 21:36How will a yes vote stop RM coming around for another attack on our T&Cs a few months down the line?

Re: The 6 per cent rise only
If the walks are too big finish on your time or book overtime nothing cannot be clearer there is no job for life anymore i want my pay rise now, what happens when this agreement ends in 2025 is another conversation you can only do as much as you can within the time allocated, pass the problems to the over paid management.
