My bundle insurance

Hi all
Sprained my ankle at work last week so off work for a few week. My question is, I signed up with a health insurance from my bundle a while ago, which covers for accidents at work. But I can’t find my email to claim. Does anyone know who it will be with. I’ve looked on my bundle app but can’t see anything. Thank you

I dont know about the health insurance but i have travel insurance with my bundle that was in the form of a PDF download.
