It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

You won’t find much info about the proposed family friendly hours; the agreement is too vague. As things are now it would be much easier if we weren’t tied down to van shares. You’d be able to come in later if needs be and complete your duty or cut off for an hour half way through then return.

You will not get any help as royal mail do not care about there workforce anymore and the union are useless .

That is why I voted no .

Unbelievable really. Now we are being pushed to vote yes. Then why did we bother striking. The original proposal will be in by 2025 now anyway. Imagine striking again its almost embarrassing now to even contemplate standing on the picket.

Dave won’t give a damn, he’ll keep his highly paid cushy number if the yes vote happens. If it’s a no vote, many will not strike or stand on a picket line after all this and the crap deal.
