A joint working group to look at the causes of sick absences??
Ermmm....how about imposed revisions and unachievable walks? monitoring of us outdoors via PDA and SISO to try and maximise efficiency? the consistent rewards and bonuses to management for meeting targe....deliberately failing the USO and manipulating the figures? bullsh*t comms from management teams telling us how to do a simple job? intimidation and bullying from passive-aggressive managers? toxic employees who gaslight and scapegoat? stonewalling (especially those who worked during the strikes) and favouritism? inability to get a day off at least 3 weeks in advance or a week off months in advance?
People are leaving the business because they have had enough of the bullsh*t of working in a toxic workplace that suffers with low morale and negativity. All the company is bothered about is profit at the expense of its workers and I believe its going to get worse with a two-tier workforce. Even I would be p*ssed off if I was doing the same work as someone else and getting less money for it.

On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
