Gut feeling is it’s gonna be yes this time, most ppl just want the money and to be able to quietly quit in peace, which I’ll be doing, no conduct or pda actuals will dictate my attitude going forward. I’ll do as I want and as I’ve seen done b4 I’ll claim mental health issues when challenged literally unsackable

Because people are dumb enough to have been brainwashed into thinking the union paid to look after their best interests are somehow more responsible for this predicament than the company who are actually damaging their working conditions, through years of corporate greed.
You again! Gosh, how much time do you have on your hands? Make your point and live your life!
It takes as long for me to respond to your post as it takes you to make it. I’m also on delivery when I usually contribute so the best of both worlds.

He’s obviously on the union payroll
This is a new one. I’ve been accused of being a manager before, but I’ll take this one as a compliment.
You'll be getting pulled in under the deal of the century for yellow dotting on your PDA actuals....

In Fact possiby not
Isn’t yellow dotting when you are stationary for ten minutes? I know my posts give off an air of being intricately conceived, but they don’t take that long to type out.

That’s good to know. My round is still achievable after our recent revision which might be why I haven’t had an issue.

wouldn’t go that far but my gut tells me it’s a yes. Had the vote happened immediately it would have been a no but I think patience has been broke and a lot of good people have gone

I think there's more chance of it being a no vote, how many newbies have joined the union?

Ours kicks in after 1 minute being static.
Constantly being questioned when delivering in old folks homes or flats, as the PDA can't track you properly whilst in a block.
Or while waiting for my bag drop from driver.

It would be interesting to get a breakdown of the people that have left the business since the current dispute started and the overall numbers.

Something management probably would never disclose.

Still won't be long until the ballot papers hit the mat.
