I can only assume it's the people that are employed when the vote happens and that are still employed by Royal Mail in September that will get it.

The ballot closes on Tuesday 11th July. If the yes vote wins the back pay and £500 lump should be paid for weekly staff that are still employed by the company on Friday 21st July. The £900 will follow on 29th September as previously stated. Again only to those that are still with the company

Wouldn't surprise me, get the suckers to vote yes, pay the £500 and back dated in July , then turn around and say the £900 can't be payed. Would sum up RM to a tee !
