At present the sick stages expire after six months.
Will that still be honoured after 1st August , or as per the new agreement will they be extended to 12 months ?
Eg. If issued a stage 1 on 8 March 2023 will that still expire on 8 September 2023 , or will it be extended to 8 March 2024

"The JWG will resolve within the next 3 months any issues relating to the future role and
application of Welcome Back Meetings, Attendance Reviews and the migration of employees
from the former standards to the new approach outlined above"
What's the betting that it will be extended to 12 months??
