I can see those who have kids to pick up on the school run will be paired up together and they'll be finishing earlier than those who don't. I can't see what other circumstances there would be to allow you an exception.

You haven’t read any of my posts have you? I literally state in most of them that the deal is not good at all, but voting no is undoubtedly worse as it achieves nothing. We are not going back on strike, we have both sides of negotiations admitting that there is no more ground to give. What does voting no achieve besides some kind of protest? You will not prevent change by doing so. You will still see your T&Cs evaporating before your very eyes, as they are already doing. You will still have your start and finish times changed, as has been happening for years already. Voting no only serves to reduce the union’s involvement in future interactions with your employer, reduces your say in your future, and causes you financial harm. But sure, if it makes you feel good for that brief second you tick the ‘no’ box, it will all be worth it.

As I said, and ignoring all that, it is a master stroke from the union securing this lump sum. Even if you realise the deal is bad, you have to admit that, as it gets the deal over the line and we can move on, and those who are unhappy can take the money and move on if they don’t like the inevitable future.

I left Royal Mail last month, but I still have my pension with them. Why are using my money to pay "bribe" ? Once they start take money from our Pension Pot, we can never stop them. That Stinks

They aren't....it's an escrow fund and nothing to do with payments we have made.
