Also, the worst thing is once this is agreed and the deal ends they are going to ask for more, we’re on the slippery slope. A few days statutory now will be a week next etc.

Ihr reduced to 13 grand from 22 is a disgrace knowing the job is going to get harder for deliveries you will not realise that you may need this until you reach 30 plus years a total sell out on this by the union thats why I will vote no :thumbdown

A big reason why I am voting no

Once its gone its gone forever and despite what some might say, these contractual changes cannot be made without our agreement

I am so disappointed in some I thought better of on here going along with, and helping to perpetuate, the idea that this can be brought in whether we like it or not

''but you arent an employment expert''
Exactly they can only change the contract by collective bargaining with the union where they will say the majority have agreed to it leaving us in limbo against the law.this is why it is imperative we vote NO to stave off these attacks, yes they can seek to change contracts but then we are in a whole different ball game ,as for seasonal hours they'd find this lawfully impossible without a NO vote, lawfully they still have to pay you for the hours worked within a 12 week period not 32 week as they want to, so to all members voting NO is your only option if you want to stop sick pay changes, seasonal hours and flexible working, why the hell the union have ever had this added into the agreement with so little given back for the members god only knows but im sure most of you have your opinions as to why.

I have been off on the sick for around 10 months due to ongoing, work related health issues. I have been referred to Optima Health twice over the past few months. They have advised that they do not see me being fit to return to work at any stage in the near future. I tried to contact my manager to discuss the latest report but he is not engaging with me. I only have a couple of years left before retirement but I don't think I can carry on with all this pain and stress. I just wish they would offer IHR but I feel they are just trying to string this out.
