Grievance forms?

Post by sixfoottwo »

Where can you get them from?

We don't have a union Rep and I don't want to ask the Manager for one if I can help it - it's not against him would you believe but still rather get it elsewhere if I can.

Ive finally had enough of some prick and before it escalates I need to do something about it.

Thanks in advance.

Ring up HR. They will send you out a form, you just put down a brief account of your grievance. They were very understanding and helpful. Hope that helps.went through a grievance and bullying by management. H R were brilliant! That’s my experience anyway.

Thanks Pogues196.

It may seem trivial to some and normal shop floor speak but bit fed up with it to be honest and as I have to deal with this person daily it's not like i can avoid them sadly.
