Alright guys. Slightly confused here.
I purchase what was the equivalent of 7.5 days A/L leave, and I should be getting 22.5 days standard (right)?
25 hour contract. We are on Wallingtons too so each week uses up 6 days of Annual Leave.
It is saying my total for the current year is 134.33 all in…
Which is like 22 days total . Any help ?

Re: Annual Leave Query
If you are on a 25 hour contract you will not get 22.5 days as standard, it will be pro-rated down to about 15 so if you are purchasing 7.5 hours then 22 is about right.

Re: Annual Leave Query
You get 22.5 days if you have less than five years service regardless of contracted hours. The number of hours leave you will receive is 22.5 x 5 (hours per day) which is 112.5 hrs. You've bought an extra 7.5days so you can add 7.5 x 5 to that which brings it to 150 hrs in total
I'm not sure how the hours are split up in the Wallington system but your total at the start of the year should be 150 hrs.

Wallington means AL uses 30 hours per week AL on a 25 hour contract to cover the 6th day for your Wallington.
My total including purchased before any was used this year was something like 130 hours maybe less I forget the exact figure.
My manager said: “phone Hr, they will probably give you a bunch of gobbledygook but worth a go”…
It’s like no I’m not “having a go”…. That’s what I’m allocated… no amount of attempt at bullshitting can change that.

Re: Annual Leave Query
I assume you're getting those figures on the people app? It shows your initial full allowance plus any carry over and bank holiday credits if applicable, of course you can also see what you've got booked and compare that with what you think you should have just in case the person inputting everyones leave might have made a mistake.
As you say you should have 150 hours showing as the initial amount to take.
Edit... I've just had another thought if you used up all last year's leave last year then they'll have taken the pro rata reduction for any strike days off this year's allowance, could that explain it?
