Threatened by manager to be moved.off walk of 12 years

We have just had a revision a few weeks ago.
The walk now, is impossible to get done n my time.
I spoke to my manager and the claimed and said I would be working to my time. Which I have been doing for the last week.
I am now being told I will be took off my.walk unless I complete.
Can they actually do this? Royal mail managers are a joke .
I have had enough of all this crap.

Yes they do this it's probably on about page 2 of their "how to bully staff for dummies" handbook.

They used to also use the you have to start later and we'll get your walk prepped script so you've got time to deliver it all.

There are no reasons to take Dan off his walk other than for spite and to bully and threaten him into doing overtime

its there usual bullshit comment out the dim handbook , and ive been through it myself as i wont go over and bring s**t loads back due to there revision , my answer was put me on what you like as i still have a finish time and i will be working my contracted hours and keep asking him to look at the pda data and tell you where you are going wrong , it lasted a week and im back on my own delivery now and im still bringing it back ,

Any clause in your contract about having to do overtime (if it's even enforceable at all due to being so vaguely worded) is intended for infrequent scenarios such as the lorry from the MC being significantly delayed. It is not supposed to be invoked daily because the revision generated impossible duties.

If they say you can do all of the work, ask to see the timings on the Pegasus walk planner - I did and all the times have been removed from the walks, post revision. So they have nothing to go by, start on time and use the trolleys (their idea) we've lost 2-300 houses close together (new builds) replaced by 400+ with glorious long drives etc, taking twice as long. Shame every office seems to have 'runners' who prove you can do do 3 duties instead of 2.
