I was kneeling down to grab a replacement pen and a guy was pushing a packet sleeve and ran right over me.

Seemed pretty quiet today, only 26 items on the core route. Still brought a row back though

Not bad for a heavy day. Had over 70 packets including tracks and specials and normal packets. Cleared my delivery. Went over 30 mins.

Two days work every day this week. Lapsing frames are bulging. Even more people chucking it. Management are asking people if they want to work six days next week as if it's December. Fu- :speak to the hand
The machine stops.

50 hours worked this week and another days work tomorrow , my duty has been changed to the worst round and I got parcels to do after , not had a Saturday off since march.

Ive come to the conclusion that I'm been taken advantage of as I can't say no and don't like letting people down

Apart from that I'm OK ish
